This was more of a list of exercises I had in mind before the training session and I chose them based on how I was feeling during the workout ๐Anything heavy and compound went first though because I knew by the end I probably wouldnโt make it ๐ There are always easier versions of these so if you are trying some of these moves out, do them without a weight first to get an idea of the move and to make sure your body understands the motion and if youโre not sure how to do it, ask a gym instructor at your gym (:
