To start the street food tour, Mr. Taster and I are going to try one of the most famous foods in Turkey, the TURKISH BREAKFAST!! Trabzon is famous for the Kuymak, a cheese almost like a fondue made from Trabzon village cheese and cornmeal. It was very delcious! He prepared for us an incredible garlic and tomato scorpion fish!!That's a tradition of ours, eating whole lamb!!
