With this episode of 'Opening Days' we'll be exploring the history of Aunt Jemima's Kitchen (aka Aunt Jemima's Pancake House), an obscure restaurant from the park’s early days that eventually led to the creation of a larger chain outside of the park. In addition, we’ll also be going over the origins of the character too, dating all the way back to its creation in the late-1800’s.
