Nowadays, in this busy world there has been an increase of artificial things in the market a lot. Everyone wants to buy readymade things which are very bad, unhygienic, unhealthy which decreases the lifetime of a person. So today I’m going to show you how to make homemade chicken stock cubes which you can prepare at home with all the basic ingredients which you use everyday in your kitchen. Just need sometime & patience to do that. And best thing is it can be stored in the freezer for months. So there’s no need to buy chicken stock cubes from the market anymore.
Let’s check the ingredients:-
Cut all the vegetables into big chunks 2 stems of celery 1 Onion 2 Carrots 50g Green Coriander leaves 2 Tomatoes 1 Capsicum 3 stems of Spring onion
For thickening simmer 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour 1 Cup Oil 1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder (error made in the video) 2 Tbsp salt 1 Tbsp Garam Masala Powder 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
Homemade chicken stock cubes adds a depth of flavour & richness to dishes such as soups, stews & sauces which is hard to match in shop bought varieties. It’s healthier too; because shop bought stock cubes tend to be higher in MSG & contain artificial ingredients.
