• 300g(10oz) Chicken thigh
• 1cm(0.4inch) piece or 1/2tsp Ginger
• 1Tbsp Cooking sake(for prep)
• 2 pinches Salt
• 2 pinches Pepper
• 1Tbsp Potato starch (or cornstarch)
• 1tsp Cooking oil
• 1Tbsp cooking sake(for steaming) Teriyaki sauce
• 1Tbsp Soy sauce
• 1Tbsp Mirin
• 1Tbsp Cooking sake
• 1tsp Sugar
