250gms paneer or cottage cheese 2 tbsp corn flour/ All purpose flour 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp black pepper oil to fry paneer
SAUCES MIXTURE 👇 1& 1/2 tbsp Dark soy sauce 1tbsp white vinegar 1 tbsp chilli sauce 2 tbsp tomato sauce (optional) 1/2 tsp sugar
GRAVY 👇👇 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger 5 green chilles finely chopped 2 tbsp chopped spring onion (white part) 1 tbsp coriander leaves (optional) 1 diced onion 1 diced capsicum ADD SAUCES MIXTURE AFTER THIS ⛔ 1 litre of water 1 tbsp corn flour slurry 1 tsp Salt or to taste spring onion greens 😍😍 Magical ingredient 😍😍👇👇 1 spoon full MAGIC (in video)
