Women underrepresented, nude in Hollywood

Hollywood takes the clothes off woman more often than it does for men. Hollywood loves it's naked women...

The annual Report on the Status of Women and Girls in California says women are three times more likely than their male co-stars to appear in little or no clothes in movies.

26 percent of female characters in the top 100 films of 2014 appeared either nude, or partially nude...compared to 9 percent for men.

The report also looked at the female workforce in Hollywood, more women're now working BEHIND the camera...

...but fewer than one in five have worked as director, writer or producer on a major movie over the past 15 years.

The report says women are underrepresented both on and off camera, but when they do work behind the scenes, they bring more roles for women into the industry.
