Hello everyone,

Here is a tutorial for how to make mooncakes for busy people.

You will need:

• 100g of all purpose flour
• 60g of maple syrup or invert syrup
• 28g of vegetable oil -1/2 tsp of lye water
• 3 salted duck eggs
• 1 tbsp of rose wine
• 225g of red bean or lotus paste
• 1 egg

You will also need a mould which can be bought easily online. the filling to outer layer ratio should be about 3:2
