Video: I Bought a FAULTY Mini Game Box THING on eBay | Can I FIX It?

With a very clear desciption of "it doesn't work", this Extreme Mini Game Box Emulation type thing is surely an easy fix?

It doesn't appear to display anything and it's unclear if it powers on or not. This one is going to be fun.
