Today Christopher Sellars takes you through an in-depth look at ballet technique and barre. This is more of a working class and "workshop" to help you improve your dancing. While the combinations are more for intermediate/advanced dancers, ALL LEVELS would benefit from hearing his advice! I hope this helps you start to develop your own technique further.
