In that sense, then, the more the Jews and their White traitor lackeys attack us in the courtroom, attack us physically in the meeting rooms, pass legislation to hinder us and the like, the more they affirm to the world how successful we are and that we are on the right track, for if we were not, they would devote such energies to other movements that they have already devoted to us. Instead, with an international racial religion, they know that we are one hundred times more powerful than any other resistance they might face, for by having a racial religion without borders that transcends the moment, the tragedy of what they succeeded in pulling off sixty years ago with National Socialist Germany will be impossible to achieve with us. Unlike what happened with National Socialist Germany, the Jews will not be able to use the combined military might of the White nations to destroy the Racial Loyalist Cause, for within every White nation, Creativity will be on the march. Since the Jews have a racial religion which brought them incredible power and enabled them to survive whereas other peoples perished (such as the Romans), they know full well that should the masses begin to embrace Creativity, the tables will be turned on their nefarious plans and it will be the beginning of their final downfall. As most of you know, the Jews are currently using a tactic against us in a field they dominate: the legal profession. With cunning, they have temporarily kept me out of the legal profession while at the same time have brought ridiculous lawsuits against us. You know as well as I what this means. By means of analogy, it means that while I could pitch the ball and easily strike out the attempts to defeat us in the courtroom, the Jewish umpire will not allow me to do so on pain of arrest. Instead, I must stand watching and seek another to pitch the ball. On March 29th, we suffered a preplanned defeat that puts all of the foregoing into context. On that date, Judge Joan Lefkow ruled that I could not represent our Church in the trademark action against it and furthermore, refused to allow me to even appeal her decision. As has happened alread twice before in other silly cases against us, she cited my not being a "licensed" (read Jewish-approved) attorney and ordered me to find counsel to represent us by April 30th. Therefore, instead of my being rightfully allowed to represent our Church without cost to it in its hour of need and quickly defeat our enemy's attempt to steal our name, we must instead seek paid counsel. I disdain this greatly for obvious reasons, but there is no other option at this point in order to avoid a judgment and fine against us. This means, my Brothers and Sisters, that we will need money and a lot of it. Since the going rate of an attorney's fees in a trademark action i approximately $300 an hour, after ten hours of work, we will have lost $3000. Afler one hundred hours, we will have lost $30,000. There is no doubt in my mind that this was the intent of filing the suit in the first place--to bleed us and destroy us financially so that we can no longer spread our message through our print materiais and the like. We cannot let them succeed. On the brighter side, if I receive my law license in the near future, I will be able to step into the shoes of our paid counsel and take the case from there. In the meantime, however, the expenditure must be made. I call upon you to help now with whatever money you can send. If all Racial Loyalists join in this effort, we can easily meet this challenge and neutralize it. While it is clear that no court could ever force Creators everywhere to cease using our rightful name bequeathed to us by our Founder Be Klassen, a court could indeed tie my own hands by ordering us to cease using our name in The Struggle, on literature sent from World Headquarters, by stating our name in speeches and interviews, and the like. We therefore must win and preserve our very identity come what may. Yes, my Brothers and Sisters, we know the price of success. We know that all of us must be willing to be a little poorer and forego few material things if we wish to have the beautiful world we envision. We must not allow the Jewish rat race for "goodies" surmount the idealism that has brought us into the World Church of the Creator. We must remember that our Church alone faces the kinds of legal attack upon it that it does because of its greatness and potential for revolutionizing the world.
