This Week in Palestine: Miko Peled on the US government's vicious framing of the Holy Land Foundation Five, laid out and contrasted with that of Sacco and Vanzetti

Miko Peled ("the general's son") is author of Injustice: The Story of the Holy Land Foundation Five (Just World Books, 2018). When it was new, we read one of its chapters out loud on air. Peled continues to follow up by speaking all over the world, including his 2nd time last week at Community Church of Boston. He explains the noble mission of the widely respected Holy Land Foundation, and its squeaky-clean operation. He recounts the transparently obvious dishonesty of our government's prosecution, including reliance on a fraudulently translated document, two anonymous witnesses, complicity of judges, and much more. With great sadness, he notes that most Americans remain ignorant and unconcerned about this obvious injustice, whereas millions of voices worldwide protested the framing of Sacco and Vanzetti in the 1920s.
