A new bill would slap retailers with a $1,000 fine each time they sell a violent video game to a minor. Some child psychologists claim that violent video games desensitize young players and make them more violent. Others refute those claims and feel that that limiting access to these games would be an infringement on First Amendment rights. Host Jeffrey Callison speaks with experts on either side of this issue. Jack Mitchell, author of "Listener Supported: The Culture and History of Public Radio," joins Jeffrey to talk about what makes public radio tick.
