Tony has a headache as his friend Tina is adamant in terminating her tenancy, even if she has to surrender her deposit. He finds out that the house was the crime scene of a murder and hence no one wants to live in it. To prove that the house is haunted is just hearsay to Tina, he decides to have a bet with her. He proposes if he stays there for one night and nothing happens to him, she won't ask to refund her deposit. The friend agrees grudgingly.
