Educación, Mexico City, 6185, mentioned last time with DX programs UT Monday at 0430, has separate programming from MW 1060 until 0500 *Spy-letters station, instead of numbers, from Cuba in modulated CW on 5930, heard Tuesday after 0500 [also Thursday 0500, Sunday 0700] *Altho airborne R. Martí is on 530 only once a week or less for a few hours, Cuba has starting blocking the frequency continuously with Radio Cadena Habana programming.
