Florence Devouard nee Nibart  b. 1968 in Versailles, is a French agronomist engineer, now a community leader. She has been vice-president of Wikimedia France from 2004 to 2008, and chaired the Wikimedia Foundation from 2006 to 2008. She took time off to talk about her projects and priorities to Frederick Noronha at Lisbon in 2019.
