Public domain: these songs can be used for public use giving context of its source: Colonia Dignidad was a German - Chilean sect which abused and abducted hundreds of children subjecting them to forced labour and sexual abuse. They also tortured and murdered militants of the Chilean Left during Pinochet's regime, and trafficked cocaine, weapons and pedophile material internationally.

For over 40 years, the Chilean Government would silence and protect these practices due to political and pedophilia based blackmail to powerful members of Chilean elite who are still unnamed and have not withstand trial.

+Ursel Schmidtke (c.1949-29/05/1965)

Ursel Schmidtke was a teenager described as a "rebel" by Colonia Dignidad's leader Paul Schäfer.

She was beaten up constantly in the so called "gentleman's evenings", meetings where young women were brutally punished and beaten up by the men of the Colony. These men where Schäfer's appointed leaders such as Heinz Kuhn, Gerhard Mücke, Kurt Schnellenkamp.

One day, Ursel lost consciousness during one of these beatings. The "cause" was that her head scarf was not covering her hair totally. Ursel could not stand this anymore and once recovered, decided to run away.

On 27th of May 1965, Schäfer says "Ursel is gone".

Heinz Kuhn and Gerhard Mucke, Schäfer's bodyguards go fetch her with dogs. It is also known that the Colony had hidden alarm systems made by touch responsive metal piezos hidden underneath rocks and pathways.

They later declared they "found her dead in the middle of Perquelauquén river in the South east border of the estate".

No autopsy was carried away by Dr. Gisela Grülke, the head of Villa Baviera Hospital, and in her record her death was declared as "heart failure due to pneumonia (?)".

It is believed that Gerhard Mucke, nicknamed "The Three Men" for his big corpulent body murdered Ursel probably by choking her.

::: This is part of an initiative to visibilize and de-institutionalize the records of Colonia Dignidad which for years have been controlled by its German owners and law enforcers which support them. Today, Colonia Dignidad survivors are being blackmailed to sign a contract giving rights to their "memories, life testimonials and meterials" to the company which controls the Colonia Dignidad Assets, valued in millions of dollars. By sharing this material via public domain, derivative works can be generated thus making this historical atrocity visible, named and heard.
