NOOMA's episode on "Store" is discussed today. Two type of anger - selfish anger and anger for a higher cause were distinguished and related to our lives and our recovery. Memorable from the video was the phrase "If you are looking for a fight you are not in one" meaning that if you are always looking for or getting into personal fights over selfish issues it is because you have not given your life over to some larger cause that you are fighting for - a cause that is selfless and providing service to others.
