Eggplant is very famous in desi cuisine. It is usually cooked in the form of bharta. Today I made an eggplant dish using yogurt which is finger licking delicious. Agar apkay bachay ya ghar walay baingan khana pasand nahi karty to unhen ye baingan ki recipe bana kr den. Har kisi ko pasand aye ge.
Ingredients: Eggplants 750gms Oil for brushing while grilling
Gravy- Oil 1/4cup Onion 3medium Tomato 1 Garam Masala 1/2tsp Cumin 1/2tsp Dry Red Chili (round) 3 Garlic 4 cloves Green chilies 3 Salt 1/2tbs Red chili 1/2tbs Turmeric 1/4bs Cumin Powder 1/2tsp Coriander Powder 1/2tsp Water 1cup
Dahi- Hung Curd 1kg Salt 1/2tsp Red Chili Flakes 1/2tsp
Tarka for dahi- Oil 3tbs Cumin 1tbs Dry Red Chili (round) 2 Red Chili Flakes 1/2tsp Curry Leaves 4-5
