Ingredients:
For the matcha lava : 200g any vegan milk (I used soy milk) 1 tbsp matcha 1 tbsp tapioca powder 40g cane sugar
For the muffin : 400g whole pastry flour 80g oil 150g cane sugar 350g coconut milk 2 tbsp baking powder a pinch of salt
30g almonds
Instruction :
「材料」
抹茶ラヴァ 豆乳 200g 抹茶 大さじ1 タピオカ澱粉 大さじ1 きび砂糖 40g
マフィン生地 全粒薄力粉 400g ココナッツミルク 350g きび砂糖 150g オイル 80g ベーキングパウダー 大さじ2 塩少々
アーモンド 30g
「作り方」
１、抹茶ラヴァの材料を全て鍋に入れ、とろみがつくまで火にかけます。 ２、アイスキューブに流し入れ、冷凍庫で凍らせます。 ３、マフィン生地の全ての材料を混ぜ合わせます。 ４、マフィン型などに少し流し入れ、抹茶ラヴァのキューブを入れ、マフィン生地で抹茶ラヴァが隠れるようにさらに加えます。 ５、１８０℃で３５分ほど焼きます。
