Introducing no bake, instant, edible Diya’s with a healthy twist. Last year, we made tarts in the form of diyas. But this year, we're making it with simple, wholesome ingredients to perfectly blend with the Diwali sweet menu. This is completely different from last year's version and it's again a self-made idea.
The diyas are made with dates and nuts. Saffron milk, seasoned with spices to represent ghee and its fragrance. Sliced almonds to lit the flame. They're delicate, soft and chewy with a delicious dates base and a sweet saffron filling.

🥣 Ingredients: Base: 9 to 10 Medjool Dates ¾ cup Pecans ⅛ tsp Salt ¼ tsp Cinnamon 1½ tbsp Cocoa Powder 1 tsp Coconut Oil
Filling: ¼ cup Saffron Milk ½ tsp Sugar ¼ tsp Agar Powder A hint of Cardamom A hint of Nutmeg
Flame: Sliced Almonds and Saffron Strands
