LB Health Equity Alliance

Clarice Amorim Freitas, a native of Brazil and fluent speaker of Engish, Portuguese and Spanish, is the new coordinator for the Linn-Benton Health Equity Alliance, which in 2016 celebrated its 8th year anniversary under the leadership of Karen Levy. The Alliance provides support and a network for many agencies and non-profits that work toward achieving equal health services for all people. It reaches out to disadvantaged populations, sharing information about services, needs, and opportunities. This interview introduces us to Clarice and the alliance. It was conducted by Roberta Hall, in November of 2016.
