Insight: The Kusun Ensemble / Cello Festival / "Tibetan Adventure"

The Kusun Ensemble - A group of musicians and dancers based in Ghana, Africa are performing in Grass Valley this weekend. On the next Insight, you'll meet the founder of The Kusun Ensemble, which includes past members of The National Ballet and The Pan African Orchestra. Although rooted in traditional music, the ensemble has developed a new brand of music and dance they have dubbed "Nokoko." They'll also perform live in our studio. Cello Festival - The New Directions Cello Festival happens this weekend California State University, Sacramento. Executive director Chris White tells you what makes this festival different and you'll hear Break of Reality and Nancy Kulkarni play in our studio. "Tibetan Adventure" - Roseville author Jack L. Parker tells you about his latest book, "Tibetan Adventure," a thriller set in Tibet.
