If there was a smoked macaroni and cheese recipe that I would recommend, it would be this one! This was by far the best brisket mac and cheese I've ever had. You can make this with or without the brisket. I used 4 different types of cheese and they all paired really well together on this macaroni and cheese recipe. I added some leftover smoked brisket and that took this macaroni and cheese to a whole new level. I smoked the macaroni and cheese on my Yoder YS640 Pellet smoker at 300 degrees for one hour.
