Follow along Centre is a selection of exercises to improve stability, strength and above all feel as we were constantly dancing. Follow along centre work will make you work non stop with simple exercises and stretches giving you the feeling of flow.
These exercises are easy combinations therefore accessible to anyone that hasn’t got ballet experience. The only thing you have to do is put your beautiful frilly skirts on, ballet slippers and play the video to dance and workout at the same time.
