Sheikh Dr Saud bin Abdul Aziz Khalaf Al-Khalaf is a Professor of Aqeedah in the Department of Aqeedah at the Islamic University of Madinah.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Bestower of Mercy. All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all creation. And may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Noble Prophet Muhammad and upon his family, his companions and those who follow after him.

To proceed:

I have had the honour of supervising and directing for the past year Ibnsabeel Islamic Institute and Research Centre. It was established in the month of Shawwal in the year 1436 Hijri (August 2015). This institute is managed by Sheikh Muhammad Ali Aideed who is a British citizen. He is a graduate of the Islamic University of Madinah with a Masters Degree from the Department of 'Aqeedah. He is one of the most virtuous brothers I have known there (Madinah) and here (U.K) also. Also, assisting in administration and teaching is brother Abdulfatah Mohamed who is a Canadian citizen. He is also a graduate from the faculty of Shari'a from the Islamic University of Madinah Al-munawwarah. They are also assisted in teaching by David Dos Santos a Portuguese citizen.

The brothers in this institute teach the Arabic Language, and other subjects... Such as (the books) Al-ajrumiyyah, Al-'arabiyyah baina yadaik. They also teach Usool us-Sunnah by Imam Ahmad and the book The Prophet's Prayer Described

The most important lessons that are taught at Ibnsabeel is The Noble Qur'an. Where they make the students memorise (the Qur'an). As they are the future of the Muslims. The children of the Muslims are in desperate need of these institutes and centres so that they remain attached and connected to their religion as well as correcting their 'Aqeedah.

And also (from the main objectives of this institute) is that they remain firm upon their Islamic etiquettes and mannerisms according to the methodology of the Qur'an and the Sunnah. And I believe that this institute is one that deserves to be helped and funded so that they can convey their message in the best possible manner which actualizes the purpose of their existence, which is to serve the Muslim community in the City of Manchester, U.K.

And may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Noble Prophet Muhammad and upon his family, his companions and those who follow after him.
