Manashri Shejwalkar on AUTHENTICITY

Though there are multiple Indian grocery stores, people are often drawn to the ones that carry products that are most familiar to them.  Manashri finds herself particularly drawn to Bombay Spices because the owner is also from Western India so she can easily find products that remind her of home.
