Capital Metro Publishes its Draft Report “Connections”

Cap Metro, Austin’s area bus and rail transpiration provider,  released its draft report “Connections 2025 Plan”. Cap Metro releases one of these plans every 5 years to guide changes to their service, improve ridership, and help solve our traffic congestion issues. This year’s draft plan focuses around increasing frequency on as many bus routes as possible. It also calls for the creation of additional Metro Rapid lines.

Our guest was Melissa Ayala, who is the Communications Specialist at Capital Metro. She gave us an in-depth look at the plan, as well as letting our listeners know how they can get involved in finalizing the report and plan.
