Interrupt Yourself

Ever had thoughts, conversations, and other things continually cycle through your mind? Often it is not of God and you must Interrupt Yourself. This message is based on Ephesians 5:9. While Ephesians 5:19 was written with a focus upon an assembly of true believers in Christ, there is a principle that can be derived from it that will help us avoid certain negative cycles in our lives.
