Video: Make These Cards with Scraps!

Tonight, I showed you a fun way to use up those card stock scraps! As a card maker myself, I tend to keep all those long strips of card stock and always say, "oh, that will make a great border" but I never seem to use them. This is a really fun way to use them to create quick and easy cards and interesting elements to use for future cards.
