Video: MAGNAVOX (FUNAI) DVD-VCR REPAIR ZV427MG9 A NO POWER DISPLAY FLASHING HIGH ESR CAPACITOR REPAIR

Here is a Magnavox ZV427MG9-A DVD VCR sent in to me to be repaired. The customer complained about no power and a flashing display. Just needed a high ESR capacitor replaced and the DVD optical pickup cleaned, also the VCR would stop playing after a few seconds, just needed the infrared emitter and receivers cleaned for the reel movement detection. Now it is up and running again.
