We go through How to Install WSL2 & Ubuntu Linux w/ GUI using GWSL on Windows 11. We first install WSL2 and make sure we have the latest update of Windows 11 before installing the container for Ubuntu Linux 20.04 and then we follow it up with installing GWSL for Ubuntu Linux 20.04. GWSL helps us using GUI / Desktop apps with WSL2 & Ubuntu Linux 20.04

We'll GWSL to host our Xserver with Ubuntu using WSL2 and Windows 11. If you've every wanted to try Linux on Windows today we'll go through how. This is a system to use Linux designed by Microsoft and helps you leverage a subsystem of Windows in order to run Linux on your computer. GWSL makes it even easier to render apps from Linux / Ubuntu without a desktop env.
