Marrying of Ann Leete - Kostenloses Hörbuch

A comedy with a serious vein running through it about the Leete family who are British rural gentry in 1799. Mr Carnaby Leete is a politician whose career is in trouble. He needs to save his position by marrying his youngest daughter, Ann, advantageously. His only son has married beneath him, and his older daughter's politically brilliant marriage is now in serious trouble.
