Bread for the World Sunday - we must engage with the issues of social justice and hunger. Our Lord was a Lord of love who suffered for us, a cruciform love that God alone can give. While the reports of doom have credibility, we must open our hearts to each other. Jesus teaches us that love can transform the world.
