California Marriage Ban Declared Unconstitutional - Kostenloses Hörbuch

A federal judge overturned California same-sex marriage ban yesterday and had some harsh words for proponents of Prop 8. The Republican judge basically called voters bigots and and that this effort was "driven by nothing more than fear and unarticulated dislike for same-sex couples". What's most surprising is the lack of backlash from the judges decisions (perhaps its still coming). Is this issue losing its potency?
