Luis Fonsi says he is not as outraged as other people that his song "Despacito" was not nominated for an MTV Video Music Award. The ceremony is being held on Sunday. The MTV Video Music Awards will be staged from outside Los Angeles on Sunday...and as AP Music Correspondent Margie Szaroleta reports, it's already generating some controversy.
