Ex-Patriot Hernandez has murder trial postponed - Kostenloses Hörbuch

The double murder trial of former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has been postponed.

A Massachusetts judge granted a motion by both Hernandez' lawyers and prosecutors for the move. The case will return to court for a status hearing in mid-January.

He's on trial for the 2012 murders of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado and the non-fatal shooting of a witness, Alexander Bradley, in July 2013.

Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to the murder charges. He's accused of killing the men after an encounter in a nightclub in Boston's South End. The former Patriot is already serving a life sentence in prison without the possibility of parole after being convicted in the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd.
