Video: DOCK ELLIS NO-HITTER ON LSD!

In today’s episode of Sports Vaults, we will be breaking down the No-Hitter Performance by Dock Ellis. Who was supposedly on the substance LSD aka Acid. Dock Ellis was a quality professional pitcher, but had substance abuse problems while playing. On June 12th, 1970, Dock Ellis pitched one of the wackiest No-Hitters in baseball history.

For references, I used the documentary No No: A Dockumentary to get more insight on the matter. Was this a performance enhancing situation? Or just someone partaking in psychedelics while pitching. These questions will be answered in the video!!

I also used ASAP Science’s explanation on LSD for context on how hard it would be to perform like Dock Did.
