I have done it again! I saw a design and I knew that I had to try to make it for myself! Follow along with me as I share my process for creating a triple-offset layered design for BLACK HISTORY MONTH! I used my CRICUT MAKER and some Heat Transfer Vinyl to make a layered BLACK HISTORY MONTH T-SHIRT and I am so happy with how it turned out!
