Hi! Today, we're going to teach you a step by step process on how to make a perfect Brazo de Mercedes that is soft, fluffy, sweet and really delicious. Let's start!
Ingredients:
For full recipe:
Meringue:
10 egg whites 3/4 cup or 156 g sugar 1/2 tsp. or 2 g cream of tartar
Filling: 1 can or 390 g condensed milk 10 egg yolks 1 tsp. or 5 ml vanilla
Dusting:
1/8 cup or 25 g powdered sugar
Half recipe:
Meringue:
5 egg whites 1/4 + 1/8 cup or 78 g sugar 1/4 tsp. or 1 g cream of tartar
Filling:
1/4 can or 97.5 g condensed milk 3 pcs. egg yolks 1/4 tsp. or 1.25 ml vanilla
Dusting:
1 tbsp. or 8 g powdered sugar
