今次終於輪到年糕喇，超簡單易做又好味！如果你同Emi一樣都係唔識煮嘢食嘅話，跟住呢個食譜試下啦，想整埋蘿蔔糕嘅朋友記得睇番上一條片喇！Mi can cook, you can cook !!

年糕材料﹕

  • 蔗糖（黑片糖）3片

  • 黃片糖 4片

  • 糯米粉600克

  • 澄麵 6大湯匙

  • 水 840ml

  • 紅棗 幾粒（裝飾用）

造法﹕

  • 煲滾水把黑片糖及黃片糖溶解，放涼備用

  • 糯米粉及澄麵 混合

  • 加入糖水同糯米粉混合物混和

  • 入模封錫紙蒸60分鐘

  • 放紅棗裝飾
