I love a lot of his performances. This one stands out for its comedic brilliance. The facial mannerisms, the use of his voice, the childlike tendencies especially after taking a call from his mistress in the War Room. This is as good an over-the-top comedy performance as there is. This scene is just one example. Every scene of his in the movie could be used as an example.
