✍🏻INGREDIENTS:

• Ash Gourd/petha (पेठा /कुमड़ा) - 1
• Lime Stone (Choona) (चूना ) - 1 Tsp
• Sugar (चीनी ) - 1 Kg + 500 Grams
• Water(पानी) - 1+1/2 Cup
• Kewra Essence(केवड़ा एसेंस) - 7-8 Drops
• Cardamom(इलायची) - Some
• Saffron(केसर) - Some Quantity
• Coconut Powder(नारियल का बुरादा ) - For Garnishing

✍🏻RECIPE: Take an Ash Gourd(Petha), Cut remove the Inner soft part Cut them then peel them. Cut it in to pieces Like square, Circle shave. then poke the all pieces petha with help of Fork like show in the video.then add petha pieces in limestone water For over night. Now lets wash them Drain off the limestone water. After wash 2-3 time keep the washed pieces in a seprated strainer. Then keep the water on the flame for boiling and put pethas pieces in it. Cover & cook for 20 minutes on a high flame until it becomes transparent & soft. Thereafter in a pan, add Water, Sugar, and Cardamom & cook till the Suger gets melted then add Kewra Essence. turn off the flame lets pieces stay in syrup For 1 days. Now let's keep the pethas in strainer to dry. This way, The Famous Agra Dry Petha is ready to Serve. For Rasila Petha: Take them out the petha from sugar syrup and Wrap Some Coconut Powder in this way the Rasila Petha Will get ready To serve.For Anguri Petha: in a sugar syrup add some saffron then add saffron syrup on pethas in this way The famous Anguri Petha Will Get ready To Serve.
