CURRY LEAF FRIED RICE INGREDIENTS Curry leaves - 1 cup Rice - 1cup Red chillies - 6 no Sesame seeds - 5 tsp Rock salt - 1 tsp Sesame Oil - 3 tsp Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Chana dal - 1 tsp Urad dal - 1 tsp Peanuts - 100gms Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Crushed garlic - 10 cloves Hing - 1 pinch Lemon - 1 no Cucumber - 1 no Salt - as per taste Moong dal (Soaked) - 1 cup Green chillies - 4 nos. Tomatoes - 3 nos. Yogurt - 1 cup DIRECTIONS: Firstly heat a pan add coriander leaves, red chillies roast it the slow flame, Now add lots of curry leaves, sesame seeds, rock salt and dry roast. Let it cool down afterwards grind it into a fine powder. In the same pan heat some sesame oil, add mustard seeds, chana dal, red chillies, urad dal, peanuts, cumin seeds cook it on the slow flame. Then add crushed garlic, hing, curry leaf powder, boiled rice, season it with salt and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Serve into a plate add some lime juice, and chopped onions by topping with. Preparation of Cucumber Raita: Take some soaked moong dal in a bowl, chopped green chillies, chopped cucumber, tomatoes, pinch of salt and add yogurt mix it well. Raita is ready.
