Ingredients;

Taro layer

• 2 cups tapioca starch

• 300 grams taro (steamed)

• 3 tbsp taro powder

• 1-1/2 cup sugar

• 350 ml water

• 400 ml coconut milk

• food color

white layer

• 1/4 cup rice flour

• 2 cups tapioca starch

• 1/4 cup arrow root starch

• 1 cup+2 tbsp sugar (add more sugar if you like sweeter)

-1/2 tsp salt

• 400 ml coconut milk

• 400 ml water

• 1/4 tsp coconut flavor
