鰻魚飯, Unagi don recipe
上個月和老公去了趟日本，東京比預期中要冷許多，剛到的那天晚上還下著雨。但我們倆還是迫不及待地放下行李就坐地鐵到新宿逛街去了。聽說那裡有家鰻魚飯挺出名的餐廳就冒名去試了。餐廳很小所以要站在外面等位子，又冷又餓的我懷著滿腔的期待聞著陣陣的鰻魚香也忘了在雨中站了多久，但是很遺憾，它並沒有讓我們留下齒頰留香的回憶。 為了彌補這個遺憾，我決定在家自己做！在美國的日本超市或華人超市就能買到質量不錯的蒲燒鰻，雖說已經是成品，但是要讓它的美味發揮到極致也是要動動腦筋的。試試我這個做法吧，讓鰻魚保持濕潤軟嫩，再加上自己調配的醬汁配上香軟的日本米飯，好正哦！
