🟢材料: 豬骨 1.3公斤 櫻桃蘿蔔、馬鈴薯、紅蘿蔔、蕃茄等雜菜 適量 薑 1 塊 鹽 適量
🟢做法: 1️⃣ 將蔬菜洗淨切塊。 2️⃣ 豬骨汆水洗淨備用。 3️⃣ 燒一鍋水,水滾後放一塊薑,加入豬骨,大火燒開 10 分鐘,轉小火煮 20 分鐘。 4️⃣ 加入蔬菜滾後煮半小時,放適量鹽調味即可。喜歡♦老火湯,可以煲 90 分鐘。 📌注意:♦老火湯經過長時間烹調會令肉類的嘌呤釋放到湯水裏,建議痛風人士少喝老火湯。

🟢Cooking Directions: 1️⃣ Wash and chop the vegetables into chunks. 2️⃣ Blanch the pork bones and rinse them clean. 3️⃣ Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the ginger and pork bones. Boil on high heat for 10 minutes, then simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. 4️⃣ Add the vegetables and simmer for another half an hour. Season with salt to taste. For a more ♦double-stewed soup, simmer for 90 minutes on low heat. 📌Note: ♦Double-stewed soup is cooked for a long time, which can cause purines from the meat to be released into the soup. People with gout recommended consume less.
