APG  is the nation's leading professional association representing medical  groups and independent practice associations modeling best in class in  coordinated care. APG is the nation's largest trade association that  explicitly promotes capitation as the payment model for its members, all  of whom accept various forms of risk-based capitation or other  population-based payment.
