telecommunication facilities.

(A) Consideration of an application for a Special Use Permit to allow Garfield's Restaurant and

Pub, 1529 Freeway Drive, to have pool tables and arcade games. Jimmie L. Peterson

submitted the application, and Dean Fragakis with Fragmac, LLC, is the owner of the
