Grant Lyle is a talented young blues guitar player based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Grant's love of the blues and his inspired interpretation of this musical genre has built him a solid reputation with both the public and fellow musicians.

He has now joined forces with two veterans of the music industry to form his trio "Brotherhood", which features Steve Woods on the drums and Scott "Boomer" Brammer on the bass. Brotherhood is a band with exceptional musical talent.

In late 1998 the band recorded their first CD, "Brotherhood".

This CD has been very well recieved both by the public and by the various blues DJ's to whom it has been sent.

It continues to receive airplay on a variety Canadian blues programs on stations such as, Radio CJRT, CIUT, CKVS and CKLN.

More recently "Brotherhood" has been getting airplay in Russian, Uroguay, France and Spain, as well as on a variety of Internet stations.

The band has been featured on Canadian TV shows on ONtv, CITY-TV, the CBC and were seen on Grow TV on CKVR in September of 2000.

The CD has been favoroubly reviewed both in Canada and in the U.S.

They received financial backing to record a new CD, which was recorded mid-September 2000 at the prestigious Grant Avenue Studios in Hamilton. The project was produced by Bob Doidge.

The CD "It's Worth It" was officially released in Toronto (Ontario, Canada) in February 2001. It is available on the internet at http://www.cdbaby.com/lyle2.

Since its release, the CD has received extensive airplay on various blues shows in North America, Canada and overseas. It has been favorably reviewed by various publications and was nominated among the top 10 Canadian Blues releases for 2001 by RealBlues Magazine in BC. Since it's release
